1. Definitions and Operational Framework
Throughout this agreement, the terminology "Platform", "Company", "We", "Us", and "Our" directly refers to futuretechinsights.info and its certified engineering personnel. "Client", "Customer", "You", and "Your" denotes any individual or corporate entity utilizing our diagnostic services, submitting quote requests, or surrendering consumer electronic devices for repair. "Device" or "Gadget" encompasses all smart phones, laptops, tablets, motherboards, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), or peripheral hardware submitted for repair services.
2. Service Scope, Preliminary Diagnostics & Quotes
futuretechinsights.info offers component-level hardware repair, micro-soldering, liquid oxidation treatment, display assembly refurbishment, and firmware re-calibration. All preliminary estimates issued via our automated quotation engines or website representative communications represent non-binding cost evaluations. Upon receiving your physical hardware at our facility, our technicians perform a comprehensive microscopic and electrical diagnostic test. If additional structural damage or hidden micro-component failures are identified beyond the initial submission, an updated job estimate will be provided for your written consent prior to executing any advanced repair protocols.
3. Pre-Repair Customer Obligations & Data Integrity Responsibility
It is the absolute and non-transferable duty of the Client to create comprehensive external backups of all personal operating software, applications, system files, documents, and media stored on submitted storage media prior to transferring custody of the hardware. Hardware diagnostics—specifically circuit micro-soldering, BGA chip reballing, logic board power injections, and deep thermal testing—inherently involve risk of storage chip stress or total hardware failure. Under no circumstances shall futuretechinsights.info, its parent entity, or its technical staff be held monetary or legally responsible for any direct or consequential loss, corruption, or destruction of client data during the repair lifecycle.
4. Payment Terms, Diagnostics Fees, and Billing
All service prices, replacement part costs, and service packages listed on futuretechinsights.info are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment becomes fully due upon successful completion of the agreed repair operations and prior to dispatching the device back to the client. In scenarios where a customer requests a device return after diagnostic authorization without proceeding with recommended repairs, a nominal inspection fee alongside applicable return logistics charges will be assessed.
5. Post-Repair Warranty Terms and Inclusions
Repairs performed by futuretechinsights.info carry a limited performance warranty effective from the date of device delivery back to the client. This warranty specifically covers the replaced electronic components and technical workmanship associated with the documented repair task. The warranty explicitly excludes damages resulting from subsequent physical drops, screen impacts, user modifications, liquid immersion after delivery, or third-party disassembly. Furthermore, existing manufacturer factory water-resistance seals cannot be guaranteed to remain factory-certified following hardware disassembly.
6. Abandoned Devices and Storage Policy
In cases where a device repair is completed, or a diagnostic assessment is finalized, and the client fails to respond to delivery communications or complete invoice settlement within sixty (60) calendar days from official notice, the device will be classified as abandoned. futuretechinsights.info reserves the right to liquidate or recycle abandoned hardware in compliance with local environmental e-waste regulations to offset storage overhead and diagnostic expenditures.
7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by law, futuretechinsights.info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, supply chain shortages, or operational disruptions caused by natural disasters, regulatory restrictions, or transportation logistics interruptions outside our reasonable control.
8. Jurisdictional Authority and Dispute Settlement
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our platform or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
